Indoor spaces
- Almost all of the spaces in Tiivistämö are accessible, with the exception of the downstairs. There is an accessible toilet upstairs.
- A wheelchair lift is available between the lobby and the Lämpiö.
- The backstage areas are on the same level as the main hall, but the door to the artist lounge is 81 cm wide.
- The stage at Tiivistämö is accessible via a wheelchair lift.
Main entrance
- The entrance to Tiivistämö is higher than street level.
- There is a fixed ramp at the entrance to Tiivistämö.
- The entrance to Lämpiö is at street level.
Route to the main entrance
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance (maximum distance 5 metres), giving easy access to the entrance.
- Tiivistämö can be reached by road from Sörnäisten Rantatie and through Kalasatama.
